Ok in this episode we see just how cold hearted Marlena can be,
*Shawn has inhaled smoke, John's hurt & Bonnie fakes a faint so basically everyone goes to the hospital
*Lexie apologises to Tony for believing him to be the killer, later so does John
*A white coated figure with a bag (it only shows the torso) with a syringe is seen entering a pharmaceutical room at the hospital
*The killers shirt and mask are taken from the bag and thrown into the trash
*Some type of drug is put into the syringe
*Bonnie steals cotton balls from the exam room
*Shawn comforts Belle, she tells him she'd never be able to make it if she lost one of her parents
*Tony comes to but Lexie won't let him talk, he needs to save his strength
*Celeste fears the killer will strike again
*We see Tony and the white coated figure in his room holding a syringe to his face
*he says something along the lines of "I knew it was you"
*The camera then revel’s Marlena staring back at him
*She tells him in a really spooky voice "he's to smart for his own good"
Well that's what happened, i guess Tony dies tomorrow.
